How much debt must you have to be legally allowed to declare bankruptcy?

& why should debt for a home mortgage, business, or other be cleared during a bankruptcy, but not a studetn loan debt? shouldn’t all debts be treated the same? a debt is a debt is a debt, right?

What proof of debt can you ask a collection agency to provide?

How to stop telemartketing and debt companies calling my landline?

There are a few debt companies and telemarketers call my house landline everyday. We don’t know the people that the debt companies are calling. We registered on the “national no call list” and I called them back several times and ask them to remove our numbers. But they still keep calling.
